AMRAP25:

RULES: Take the letters of the name of you and your partner. Perform an AMRAP of the following exercises for each letter of your names. Everyone will have slightly different workouts but comprised of most of the same exercises. The FIRST round will be your FIRST names, the SECOND round will be your LAST names. Stay in order. Complete as much as possible in 25 minutes. Partition reps as desired. SCORE WILL BE TOTAL REPS.
